Definitely would NOT recomend this Rio resort to anyone and of course will not return. No blanket provided in room to cover the TV that would not shut off so used few extra towels provided along with ironing board to try and block lite from TV screen. Therefore, we opted to stay or The Rio All Suites, located behind Caesars Palace. TV remote did not work could not see where ever TV may have been plugged in to unplug so TV ran constantly all night long. Since we were last in Las Vegas (2015), the majority of hotels on the Strip are now charging nightly parking fees and 13-15 for valet parking - on top of the nightly 'resort fee' of 25-39. Also the TV in our room #11527 on upon entering our room. Although resort by the looks of the parking garage was not nearly full on a Monday night given this rooftop view versus a Las Vegas skyline view. Room overlooked rooftop and A/C equipment. Are you serious someone who works at the resort does not know directions? Then we get to our room. Although spoke to a employee there he did not know where the check in desk was located. Stopped by one of the food outlets to ask for directions to the hotel check in desk. After parking in the 3 level garage went into the resort thru the casino. Although our 1st stay at this large resort found it to be most lacking.
